Fresh Box Baked Hot Preserved Lemon and Sumac Garlicky Herb Focaccia  
Deliciously herby, well-oiled, bouncy bread, heaped with rosemary and thyme, filled, and slathered with lemon zest, preserved lemon, garlic, parsley, basily sumac butter.

Ingredients wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic.  Preserved lemon garlic parsley butter (milk), basil, black pepper, sumac.
Contains gluten.

Heating method
Preheat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
Remove the film from the packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for approximately 15 minutes, you might need a little longer if you bread was very cold to begin with, it should be hot ant melted all the way through. Remove from the oven.  
**some oven temperatures do vary, so please keep an eye on your dinner to ensure its to your liking. Be careful not to place the packaging too close to the gas flame.

Kalamata Crush (V)(NG) 
Salty smooth and lip smacking, kalamata olives, capers and basil tapenade.  Ready for a dip, dunk, dress or smudge.

Ingredients
 Kalamata olives, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, capers, fresh basil.


Aubergine Zhuganoush (V)(NG)
Charred to perfection just the right amount of heat and salt lemon spice twang, ready for a dip, dunk, dress smudge or include in other concoctions!

Ingredients aubergine, coriander seed, preserved lemon, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper, olive oil fresh coriander, tahini (sesame), chilli.


Fondue Soufflé 
So good you bake it twice.  Deliciously crammed with Gruyere and Twineham grange cheese, soaked in gooey Kirsch fondue sauce, stretchy and scattered with pickles, herb croutons.  Served with a fat rosti frit and rocket and smoked tomato salad.

Ingredients free range eggs, plain flour, Grana Padano cheese, Dijon mustard, butter, milk, Gruyere cheese, cheddar, bay leaf, onion, Kirsch, yeast, olive oil, sunflower oil, thyme, garlic salt, pickled onion, cornichon, caper berry, pickled garlic, potatoes, garlic minced, salt, black pepper.  Contains gluten

Heating method
Preheat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
Remove the film from the packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Fat Rosti Frit (V)(NG)
Delicious crispy grated potato, onion, garlic, delicious with just about everything. 

Ingredients
potatoes, onions, garlic minced, salt, black pepper, sunflower oil.

Heating method
Pre-heat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
Remove the film from the packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes, gently turning the rosti over after 20 minutes Remove from the oven. Pour the dressing over the salad, tuck in.

Rocket & Smoked Tomato Salad (V)(NG)
Fresh rocket and parsley leaves studded with smoked sundried tomatoes, oven roast tamari sunflower and pumpkin seeds, served with a sherry and virgin olive oil dressing.

Ingredients rocket, flat leaf parsley sundried tomatoes, olive oil, sunflower oil, sherry vinegar, bayleaves, rosemary, oak smoke sunflower and pumpkin seeds tamari (soy) black pepper.

Chocolate Pavé Maria (V)*contains nuts
Chockablock with deep rich 70 % cacao mousse made with hazelnut cream, lusciously layered with praline and chocolate shortbread, packed with fresh raspberries, finished with cocoa shiny glaze and topped with raspberry dust, served with chocolate crack shards. Best served at room temperature or chilled.

Ingredients silken tofu (soya), dark chocolate, cocoa powder, water, almond, hazelnut milk, soy margarine, vanilla, plain flour, hazelnuts, sugar, glucose, chocolate 70%, caster sugar, agar, soya cream (Soya), raspberries.
