Fresh Box Baked Focaccia (V) 
Enough for two and plenty for one. Deliciously herby, well-oiled, bouncy bread, heaped with rosemary and thyme, crunchy with garlicky salt.
Ingredients 
wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic.

Kalamata Crush (V)(NG) 
Ready for a dip, dunk or dress.
Ingredients Kalamata olives, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, capers, fresh basil. 

Cipolini Onions (V)(NG) 
Cheeky sweet herby shallot and tomato chutney
Sweet soft and slow cooked shallots simmered with red wine, bags of virgin olive oil, heaps of herbs, golden sultanas, and tomatoes. Can be eaten as an antipasti, but squashed onto warm bread or slapped in to a salad is as equally tasty. Ready for a dip, dunk or dress.
Ingredients shallots, red wine vinegar, red wine, tomato, sugar, bay, thyme, rosemary parsley all spice.

Aubergine Dengaku (V)(NG)*contains nuts
Soft succulent layers of sake soaked baked aubergine and braised celeriac, drenched in white miso, sweet ginger, and tahini marinade, topped with a black and white sesame seed crust and toasted sesame oil.
Super Sesame Ginger Dressed Salad of carrot and khol rabi threads, mange tout and rocket leaves dressed with smooth tangy edamame, basil, lime, wasabi yuzu cashew pesto, layered with hibiscus sauce and amchur salt dusted puffed rice seaweed sesame cracker
Ingredients carrot ribbons, spring onions, mange tout, wakame seaweed, black and white sesame seeds, pickled ginger, edamame beans (Soya), cashews, basil, grape seed oil, wasabi paste, lime juice, glutinous rice, salt, tamari, mirin, glutinous rice, mirin, rice vinegar, garlic, cayenne pepper, sesame oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, juiced ginger, sake, sugar, lime, tofu, aubergine, salt, olive oil, white miso, tahini, sumac and amchur powder, pickled ginger juice, yuzu. hibiscus, lemon, lime skin, sugar.
Heating method preheat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
Remove the film from the packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to stand. Pour the dressing over the salad, tuck in.
**some oven temperatures do vary, so please keep an eye on your dinner to ensure its to your liking. Be careful not to place the packaging too close to the gas flame.

Snap, Crackle & Choc Pot (V)*contains nuts
Deep rich 70 % cacao mousse made with hazelnut cream on toasty praline and chocolate shortbread served with orange fillets finished with tiny pink pepper berry aqua faba meringues, chocolate crack shards and dusty Satongo twigs. Best served room temperature or chilled just flip the lid and dig in. Why not add a clementine sorbet to your basket if you are going straight home?
