Fresh Box Baked Hot Preserved Lemon and Sumac Garlicky Herb Focaccia
Deliciously herby, well-oiled, bouncy bread, heaped with rosemary and thyme, filled, and slathered with lemon zest, preserved lemon, garlic, parsley, basily sumac butter.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, salt, yeast, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic. Preserved lemon garlic parsley butter (milk), basil, black pepper, sumac.
Contains gluten.

Heating method:
Preheat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
Remove the film from the packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for approximately 15 minutes, you might need a little longer if you bread was very cold to begin with, it should be hot ant melted all the way through. Remove from the oven.
**some oven temperatures do vary, so please keep an eye on your dinner to ensure its to your liking. Be careful not to place the packaging too close to the gas flame.

Ingredients:
Aubergine, coriander seed, preserved lemon, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper, olive oil fresh coriander, tahini (sesame), chilli.

Ingredients:
Smoked tomatoes extra virgin olive, sunflower oil, Kashmiri and ancho chillies, Sherry vinegar (sulphites), fresh garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, coriander and cumin seed, star anise, caraway, cayenne, salt.

Soft buttermilk-soaked halloumi in chip shop batter with a fat rosti chip. Served with vodka-spiked preserved plum tomatoes, pea & mint hash, pickled quail’s egg, sea salad tartar and lemony Yemeni relish.

Halloumi cheese (Cow, sheep & goat milk), buttermilk, self-raising flour (Wheat), plain flour (wheat), baking powder, white wine vinegar (sulphites), salt and pepper, star anise, fennel seed, caraway, sugar, Vodka (sulphites), baby plum tomatoes, red chilli, garlic, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, peas, parsley, butter (milk), mint, potato, capers, cornichons, gherkin, shallots, parsley, Nori seaweed, lemon zest and juice, free range egg, mustard sunflower oil, parsley, dill, quails egg. Contains gluten

Heating method:
Preheat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
Remove the film from the Batter & Rost Slice packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes, gently turning each item over after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour Yemeni Relish over the hot battered halloumi.

Pea & Mint Hash
Heating method:
Remove the packaging, empty the pea mix into a saucepan, place the pan over a medium heat and stir until the pea mix is hot.


Vodka Pickled Tomatoes, Tartare and Pickled egg
are served at room temperature.

Dark Chocolate 70% Caster Sugar, Plain Flour (Gluten), Bicarb, Baking Powder, Lemon Juice, Agave Syrup, Yuzu, Mandarin Puree, Gellan, Soya Milk (Soya) Cocoa Powder, Raspberry Puree, Soya Margarine (Soya) Sugar, Cocoa, salt.
