Polenta plumps crispy on the outside and soft and deliciously jam packed with thyme rosemary and kombu bay on the inside. Nestled in a piquant and pokey puttanesca sauce, with roast aubergine, courgette and red pepper and onion loaded with capers olives and a little chilli, with toasted hazelnut basil and pesto.

Fresh rocket and parsley leaves studded with smoked sundried tomatoes, oven roast tamari sunflower and pumpkin seeds, served with a sherry and virgin olive oil dressing.

Heating Method preheat your oven to 190C / 170C Fan / Gas 5**
(Be careful not to place the packaging too close to the gas flame)
Remove the film from the packaging, place the box on a baking tray and place in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
